Privacy policy
This page sets out what North Oasis Works collects when you get in touch about a garden project, and what becomes of it afterwards. Short version: we hold only what you send us for a consultation, and none of it is sold or passed to a third party.
What we collect
What we collect is limited to what you choose to hand over — your name, contact details, and any photos of the garden or plot you attach so Laura can get a first read on the site before a visit. There is no account system and no hidden profile building up behind the scenes.
What we do with it
Everything you send goes towards one purpose: working out whether we can help with your garden and, if so, arranging a site visit around Kitakyushu or a phone consultation. We do not add you to a newsletter you never asked for, and your photos are not used in a portfolio without asking first.
Cookies on this site
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The one thing stored in your browser is a small flag remembering that you closed the cookie notice on your last visit, so it does not pop up again on every page. Clear it any time through your browser settings.
Third parties
Nobody outside North Oasis Works sees your enquiry — not for marketing, not for a "partner" referral, not in any aggregated form. The only exception is a lawful request we are not permitted to refuse.
Retention
Enquiry correspondence and any photos you send are kept only while the project is being discussed or under way, then deleted once the garden is finished and any follow-up period has passed. Anything we are legally obliged to retain — such as an invoice record — is kept for the statutory period and no longer.
Access and deletion
You are welcome to ask at any point what we hold about your enquiry, ask us to correct it, or ask us to remove it entirely — including any garden photos you sent. Write to hello@north-oasis-works.com and Laura will act on it within a few days, once we have confirmed it is really you asking.
Security
Correspondence and photos live in an ordinary, access-protected mailbox on Laura's own devices — nobody else has a login, and nothing is copied to a shared drive or handed to a subcontractor.
